Terms of Service
These are the rules for using Weways. Please read them. By creating an account, or by using the service, you agree to them.
Draft. This text is waiting for legal review and for our company details. Highlighted gaps are filled in before launch.
1. Who we are and what Weways is
Weways is run by [Company legal name], of [Registered address] ("we", "us"). Weways is a website where people find homes and jobs: owners, agents and builders post property listings, employers post jobs, and seekers search, save, enquire, schedule visits and apply.
We are a platform. We are not a party to any rent, sale, lease or job between the people who use Weways, and we are not a broker, landlord, employer or recruiter. Those arrangements are made directly between you and the other person.
2. Accepting these terms
You accept these terms when you create an account, and each time you use Weways. We record when you accepted and which version of the text you saw. If we change the terms in a way that matters, we will ask you to accept the new version. If you do not agree, please do not use Weways.
3. Who can use Weways
You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding agreement under Indian law. You must give accurate information about yourself and keep it up to date.
4. Your account and your phone number
- Sign up with a mobile number you own and control. Do not use someone else's number or create an account for another person without their agreement.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- We may ask you to confirm your number with a one-time code sent by SMS.
- You can hold more than one role on the same account (for example owner and employer). Roles do not prove who you are: a role on Weways is not a verification, and we do not check licences or registrations unless a listing says we have.
5. What you post
This covers listings, requirements, jobs, photos, company pages and anything else you publish. You must:
- be accurate and keep what you post up to date, including price, availability and location;
- have the right to list the property or advertise the job, and to use every photo and word you upload;
- hold any registration or licence the law requires for what you list or post (for example a real estate registration number where it applies), and show it where the law asks;
- never post anything false, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or already posted elsewhere on Weways;
- never ask a job seeker to pay a fee, deposit or "security" to get or hold a job.
6. How we review what you post
New listings and jobs are checked before they go live, and approval is not guaranteed. We may reject, edit, hide, pause or remove anything, and we will usually give a reason. If you change an approved listing or job, it may go back for review and stay hidden until it is approved again. A listing or job being live does not mean we have checked that it is true.
7. Contacting each other
When you send an enquiry about a listing, we share your name, phone number, email address (if you gave one) and your message with the person who manages that listing, so they can reply. When you schedule a visit, they see your name and photo. When you apply for a job, the employer sees your profile and, if you attach one, your résumé.
Use anyone's contact details only for the reason they were shared. Do not spam people, pass their details on, sell them, or use them to advertise something else.
8. Visits and reviews
Reviews should be honest and based on your own experience. You can review a property only after a visit that the person managing it has confirmed. Your name is shown with your review. Do not post fake, paid or revenge reviews, or reviews of your own listings. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
9. Employers and job seekers
Employers must be genuine businesses or people with a real job to offer, and must use applicants' information only to consider them for that job. Job seekers should check an employer before sharing anything sensitive, and should never pay to get a job.
10. What you must not do
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- harass, threaten, impersonate or mislead anyone;
- use bots or scrapers, or copy large parts of Weways;
- create fake accounts, fake enquiries, fake visits or fake views;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data you are not meant to reach, or interfere with how Weways works;
- upload viruses, or content that is harmful or that you have no right to share.
11. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it, show it on Weways, and make copies and previews of it (for example resized photos) so the service works. Weways itself, including its design and software, belongs to us or our licensors.
12. Fees
Weways does not charge you to use it at the moment. If that changes, we will tell you before any charge applies, and you will not be charged for anything you did not agree to.
13. What we do not promise
Weways is provided "as is". We try to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always work, or that any listing, job, review, price or person on it is genuine, available or suitable. Please check a property, a person or an employer yourself before you pay anyone, sign anything or share sensitive documents.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for deals made between users, for what users post, or for losses that follow from relying on Weways. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility the law does not allow us to limit.
14. Ending your use
You can stop using Weways at any time and ask us to close your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if you break these terms, put others at risk, or the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 11, 13 and 15, will continue after an account is closed.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of [City whose courts have jurisdiction] have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when this version took effect. If a change matters to you we will ask you to accept it again; if you keep using Weways after being told of a change, you accept it.
17. Contact and complaints

Complaints about how your personal data is handled go to our grievance officer, [Grievance officer name], at [Grievance officer email].
Effective from [Effective date].
